Stephen J. Geba, of Holbrook, formerly of the South End of Boston, passed away on May 4, 2013 at the age of 93. Born in Boston, Stephen graduated from Boston Public Schools and went on to graduate from Boston University. He then enlisted in the Army and proudly served his country during WWII. Stephen was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed camping, gardening and bowling, however, his main passions were golfing, fishing and spending time with his family. Stephen was the beloved husband for 67 years to Lillian E. (Sadler) Geba. Loving father of Christine Tarr of Holbrook, Muareen Wengler of Acton, ME, Stephen J. Geba, Jr. of Duxbury and Celia Geba of Massachusetts. Father-in-law of Stephen Tarr of Holbrook and Carl Wengler of Acton, ME. Dear grandfather of Nicole Tarr and Jacob Tarr both of Holbrook, Heather Hendricks of Olympia, WA and Corey Geba of Pembroke. Also survived by 2 great grandchildren. Reposing at the Cartwright Funeral Home, 69 So. Franklin St. (Rt. 37) Holbrook. Rela- tives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Memorial Visiting hours on Thursday from 4:00pm | 7:00pm. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your local Veterans Organization or to a Charity of ones choice.
