He was an active member of the Greek community, serving on the Parish Council for the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, and as President of the Brockton chapter of the Order of A.H.E.P.A. He spent summers fishing with his friends in Cape Cod, enjoyed bowling, and travel. Steve is survived by his wife, Eleni, his daughters and sons-in-law, Georgia and Charlie Adams of Westport, Connecticut, and Stella and Guy Parry of Brookline, Massachusetts, his three beloved grandchildren, Barrett and Elena Adams, and Johnny Parry, his sisters and their spouses, Tasia and Ilias Lainas, Helen and Teddy Ntakoulas, of Brockton, his sisters-in-law, Penny Kazis, Bessy Koufos, and Artemis Douvris, and his many nieces and nephews and their families, and a special cousin and his wife, Jimmy and Mary Gournelos of Whitestone, New York.
