Lois E. (Pike) Justen, age 92, of West Bridgewater, died Sunday, April 20, 2014, at her home in West Bridgewater. She was the wife of the late Albert A. Justen Sr. Born Wednesday, March 8, 1922, in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Robert H. and Inez (Staples) Pike. Lois was educated in Brockton schools and had lived in Brockton for 68 years before moving to West Bridgewater in 1987. She worked as a clerk for many years at Gurneys Jewelry Store in Brockton and volunteered at the American Legion Post 35 and at Matfield Woods Association. She enjoyed baking and was a Red Sox fan. She is survived by 2 daughters, Janet Justen of West Bridgewater and Linda Madden and her husband William of Brockton; 2 sons, Albert Justen Jr. of N.C., and George W. Justen of West Bridgewater; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Joan Johnson. Visitation will take place Saturday, April 26, 2014, from 9-11 a.m. in the Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home, 647 Main St., Brockton. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. Saturday.
