Evan Raine Obituary

Evan Alan Raine, 66, of Milford passed away June 17, 2012, after a brief illness at home. Evan, formerly of Stoughton, was born in Dorchester, Boston, and graduated from Stoughton High School, Class of 1964, and from UMass-Boston. Evan worked in the computer industry for many years. He was the husband of Sheila (Ames) Raine; loving father of Jessica and husband Michael Carlin and Michael and husband Michael Shepp Jr.; cherished grandfather of Alexander, Mitchel and Marissa Carlin. He was the devoted son of the late Rhoda (Herman) and Robert Raine of Stoughton; and the dear brother of Laurence Raine of Alexandria, Va., and Jonathan Raine of Louisa, Va. Evan was a nephew of Harris and Carole Herman of Sacramento, Calif., and the late Myrna (Herman) and James Mahoney of Modesto, Calif. Evan was interred Tuesday, June 19, 2012, at the Stepiner Cemetery, West Roxbury. Evan will be greatly missed by his loving family and many friends.

The years have flown by since we last saw each other, Sheila. But I can still hear Evan's laugh as he passed down the halls at DEC! No doubt he's got the angles cracking up now. I'm so sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my thoughts.
