William J. Admirand, age 87, of Brockton, died Nov. 18, 2012. Son of the late William and Marion Admirand, he was from New Jersey and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a retired U. S. Postal Service clerk and was a member of Knights of Columbus in Holbrook and 4th Degree Cardinal OConnell Assembly, D.A.V., American Legion of Charles-town, V.F.W., and Holbrook Sportsmens Club. William was the husband of the late Mary Jean (Callaghan) Admirand; beloved father of Jeanne Flanagan (and Charles Kennedy) of Plymouth, Maryann Gabryszewski (and Edmund) of Brockton, Linda Wagner (and Raymond) of Taunton, Willliam J. Admirand Jr. (and Susan) of Plymouth, Helen Kelley (and Tom) of Brockton, Suann Killackey (and Jay) of Brockton and the late Nancy Reynolds; grandfather and great-grandfather of many; brother of the late Robert Admirand, Mary Black and Veronica Vollar-Clancy; and an uncle of many.
