Catherine "Kay" Virtue, of Hanover, passed unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, in the comfort of her husband and family. Kay was born in Cambridge in 1932 to Michael and Agnes O'Malley of Ireland, and grew up in a large and rambunctious household with four brothers and one sister. She graduated from Bryant Stratton College and worked for the Braintree School Department's administrative offices for many years.
