Debra L. Rafferty, 57, of Braintree, passed away on June 15, 2016 after a long struggle with Autonomic Disease. Beloved mother of Melissa and her husband Will of Weymouth, Bryan of Salem, and Patrick and his wife Lauren of Weymouth. Cherished grandmother of Sammy, Maggie, Logan and Locke. Loving daughter of Norma (Westberg) Martin and the late Paul Martin of Pembroke. Sister to Kathleen Martin of Pembroke, Paul and Donna Martin of Lakeville, Ed and Karin Martin of Kingston, John and Kristen Martin of Marshfield, Tim and Robin Martin of Berwick, Maine, and the late Dawn Kasianowicz. Debra worked as a nurse at Mass General Hospital since 1982, and loved truly loved being a Nurse. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Rizkalla, Norah M.  
Norah M. Rizkalla, 9, of Norwell, passed away on June 22, 2016. She was born May 10, 2007, in Boston. Norah was a kind hearted girl who was sweet and gentle. Norah is survived by her parents, Karim B. and Erin M. (Galvin) Rizkalla; and her siblings, Vivian H., Naomi P., and Samuel G. Rizkalla, all of Norwell. Ruggiero, Mary C.  
Mary Claire (Capozzuca) Ruggiero, age 92, died unexpectedly at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Boston, on June 17, 2016. She was the devoted wife of the late Antonio Thomas James Ruggiero, former Fire Captain of the Plymouth Fire Department. Born in Plymouth, on August 17, 1923, Mary was a beloved daughter of the late Nazzareno and Anna (Mancinelli) Capozucca. She was a lifelong Plymouth resident. Mary had worked for many years at the Cold Spring Elementary School in Plymouth as both a teachers aide and as a noontime supervisor in the cafeteria. She had also worked in earlier years as a waitress at Gambinis Restaurant and as a sales clerk for Buttners Department Store in downtown Plymouth. Mary was a talented lady whose hobbies included knitting, baking, and working on ceramics. She was the beloved mother of Karen Marie Ruggiero with whom she made her home and loving sister of Ann Gifford and her husband Robert of Plymouth. She was the cherished sister-in-law of Nancy Capozucca of Plymouth and was predeceased by her brother Richard Capozucca and sister Enis (Capozucca) Bastoni. Mary is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as friends. Visiting hours will take place in the Cartmell Funeral Home, 150 Court St., Plymouth on Thursday, June 23, from 4 -7 p.m. The funeral will take place on Friday morning from the Cartmell Funeral home at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Peters Church, Plymouth at 10 a.m. Interment will be in the Vine Hills Cemetery, Plymouth. Russell, Carol C.  
Carol Catherine Russell, a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away unexpectedly on June 18, 2016, at the age of 83, in Boca Raton, Fla. Carol was born in Framingham and spent her early years as a teacher. With her late husband Raymond G. Russell, they raised their family in Scituate and founded Russelectric, Inc., one of the most respected manufacturers of power control systems in the world. Her pride and joy was always her family and they were more than blessed to have her. Although she will be greatly missed, her family knows she is in a better place with amazing amenities, an endless amount of books, chocolate, and a reunion with family and friends from long ago. The world is a lesser place without her wicked wit and compassionate soul. Carol is survived by her four children, Suzanne, John, Lisa and James; her grandchildren, Jennifer Novick, Matthew, Amanda, Julianna and Jazzmin; and her first great-grandchild, Nora Novick, with one more on the way. She is also survived by other members of her immediate family, Cynthia Russell, Connie Rivera, Michael O'Toole, Scott Novick and her sister-in-law, Jeanne Russell, with her children, Laura, Glenn, Susan and Ellen. A visitation will be held Tuesday, June 28, from 4-7 p.m. at the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Road, Scituate, and she will be laid to rest privately at the Groveland Cemetery in Scituate.
