Franklin E. "Frank" MacKay, B.F.D. retired, of Quincy, formerly of Dorchester and Braintree, Oct. 30, 2012. Beloved husband of Louise (Rathbun). Loving father of Robert E. MacKay and his companion Faith Desmond of Boston, and Mary Wells and her husband Robert of So. Weymouth. Devoted grandfather of Heather Finneran and Laura Wells both of Whitman. Dear great-grandfather of Peter, Cara and Matilda Finneran. Brother of the late John L. MacKay, Walter MacKay, and Anne Stafford. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
