Kenneth H. Bishop

Kenneth H. Bishop, of Holbrook, passed away unexpectedly surrounded by his loving family, Oct. 9, 2012 at the age of 72. Ken was born in Newton and grew up in Holbrook where he attended Holbrook Public Schools and graduated from Sumner High School, Class of 1952. He served in the US Air Force from 1957 to 1960. He was the former owner and operator of Daves Fuel of Weymouth for many years. Beloved husband of Louise M. (Good) Bishop. Dear step-father of Martha Pulrang and her husband Sean of Fitchburg and Susannah (Murphy)Welch and her husband Eric of Hanover. Dear Papa to Sarah Pulrang and Peyton and Avery Welch. Also survived by several other children, grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Devoted brother of Joan E. Sughrue of Braintree, Janet M. Hebb of Wolfboro, NH, James R. Bishop of SD. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Memorial visitation period Tuesday 5 to 7 p.m. in the Cartwright Funeral Home, 69 So.
