David C. Finlay of Braintree, formerly of Chelsea, died Jan. 22, 2013. Beloved husband for 58 years of Kathleen (McLaughlin), he was the devoted father of Maureen Lamb (Bob) of Holderness, N.H., the late David Finlay Jr. (Nancy) of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., Mary Finlay (Bob Luttman) of Medfield, James Finlay (Marcie) of Ithaca, N.Y., Ted Finlay (Heather) of Blue Ash, Ohio. Also loving grandfather of Christine, Annette, Conner, Megan, Kirkley, Brendan, Michaela, Marissa, Brenna, PJ, and Devon. Services will be private with immediate family. Donations may be made in his memory to the Jimmy Fund, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168.
