Dorothy E. Dottie (Holmberg) Cozzatti, of East Braintree, formerly of Dorchester, passed away unexpectedly, after a brief illness, on April 2, 2013 at the age of 75. Born in Boston, Dorothy grew up in Dorchester and graduated from Dorchester High School. For many years, Dorothy worked at Bradlees in Quincy. Recently, she has been volunteering at the Marge Crispin Center in Braintree. Dorothy had many passions in her life; however, spending time with her family and friends is what brought her the most joy. Dorothy was the wife of the late John Jack Cozzatti. Loving mother of Laurie J. Cozzatti of Marshfield, Vickie L. Champagne and her husband Peter of Braintree, Jackie M. Cozzatti of Braintree and Richard D. Cozzatti and his wife Allison of Holbrook. Dear grandmother of Brittney and John Paul Champagne. Sister-in-law of Florence and Francis Bogan of NH. Aunt of Stephen and Thomas Holmberg and the late Carol Clark. Loving companion of George Don Stackpole of Braintree. Reposing at the Cartwright-Venuti Funeral Home, 845 Washington St., Braintree. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. in the Funeral Home. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
