Edith Ann Olson, 65, of Attleboro and formerly of Quincy, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2018, at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. She was the beloved wife to Edward Olson of Attleboro. She was born May 27, 1953, in Boston. Edith was the dedicated daughter of the late Arthur P. and Henrietta (Maurici) Marsiglia. Edith worked for many years as a hostess at the Philips House. She was most recently employed for 3 years as a receptionist at the H.C. Stark Group. In her spare time, Edith enjoyed to cook and tend to her garden. She also loved spending summers relaxing on the beaches of Cape Cod and was an avid dog owner. Ediths greatest joy was the time spent in the company of her loving family, especially with her grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Edith is survived by her cherished children, Alison Brissette and her husband Jason of Rehoboth, Melissa Sage and her husband David of Quincy, Caroline Olson of California, Joseph Olson of Warwick, RI, and Diane Olson of Attleboro; her grandchildren, Jaden Brissette of Rehoboth, Mason, Logan, Audrey, and Amelia Sage, all of Quincy and Madison Cravenho of Attleboro; her siblings, Arthur Marsiglia of Weymouth and Mary Clarke and her husband Kevin of Quincy; and also her two nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation from 4-6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 15, 2018, in the Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck Street, Attleboro.
