John Francis Greene, 58 years old, of Cohasset, died peacefully at home Friday afternoon, Nov. 23, 2012. He was a successful salesman. He was a world traveler and his children were his greatest joy in life. Greene will be fondly remembered as a loving and faithful father, brother and uncle. He is survived by his daughters, Colleen Greene and Caitlin Greene, both of Marshfield; his sons, Michael Greene and John Greene, both of Plymouth; his sister, Maureen Greene of Cohasset; his brother, Michael Greene of Newport, R.I.; and his loving spouse, Vicky Williams of Cohasset. He was a cherished uncle to Derek Greene; and he was "Papa John" to Ethan Ford and Sekiah Ford. He also leaves behind extended family and close friends that also meant the world to him, including his friends from Costa Rica, where he spent a lot of his time in the his most recent years. There will be a memorial service Saturday, Dec. 1, at 11 a.m. at Parish of St. Anthony, 10 Summer St., Cohasset.
