Matthew Joseph Buscemi, of Plymouth, formerly of Weymouth, died suddenly Oct. 8, at Jordan Hospital, at the age of 20. He is survived by his beloved parents, Wayne and Kimberly (Cordle) Buscemi of Plymouth; his sister, Amanda Levasseur of Plymouth; and his cherished nephew, Shamus OBrien. He also leaves his great-grandmother, Louise Nona Doherty; and his grandparents, Rosanna Doherty, Wayne Buscemi and William Cordle. He was the grandson of the late Donna Cordle and Melissa Cordle. Matthew was born in Quincy and graduated from Plymouth North High School in 2011. He worked with his father as a mechanic at Bennett Tire in Duxbury and enjoyed riding dirt bikes. Visiting hours will be held at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 373 Court St. (Rte. 3A), N. Plymouth, Friday, Oct. 11, from 4 to 8 p.m.. A funeral Mass will be held Saturday, Oct. 12, at St. Peter's Church in Plymouth, at 10 a.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Buscemi family.
