Mildred Millie R. (Shilalis) Zakrzewski, age 88, formerly of North Quincy and Fort Lauderdale, Fla., entered into eternal life Oct. 10, 2013. Millie was born and raised in South Boston, lived in North Quincy before retiring to Lake Arrowhead, Limerick, Maine, and Fort Lauderdale, Fla., 25 years ago. Mrs. Zakrzewski was a waitress at several Boston hotels. She was a member of the Local 26th Hospitality Union and the Montclair Womens Club. She was the beloved wife of the late Chester C. Zakrzewski; devoted mother of Michael and his wife Nina of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Elaine Clausen and her husband Mark of Gallatin, Tenn., Carol Murphy and her husband Neil of Milton, and Christine Reinhardt of Weymouth and the late Stephen Zakrzewski; loving grandmother of Adrian, Eric, Andrew, and Adam; beloved sister of the late John, Albert, Joseph and Eleanor Shilalis; beloved sister-in-law of Patsy Shilalis of Canton. She was loved by many, and will be missed. Funeral from the Clancy-Lucid Funeral Home, 100 Washington St., Weymouth, Tuesday, Oct. 15, at 8:30 a.m. Funeral Mass in the Sacred Heart Church, Weymouth, at 9:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours Monday 2-4 and 6 until 9. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.
