Peter A. Marino Obituary
Peter Anthony Marino or "Pete" as his friends and family knew him, of Weymouth, passed away suddenly, at the age of 58, in his home, on September 12, 2018. He was the son of the late Victoria (Iacobucci) Marino. Peter is survived by his loving wife, Carole; and his two children, Victoria and Philip. Brother of Thomas Marino and Marie (Marino) McDonald, he was also brother of the late Nicholas and Frank Marino. Peter and Carole were married for 31 years and they shared so much love that he painted their house purple simply because it was her favorite color. Peter's family was his world and he loved them all very much. Peter was also a valued member of the communities of Quincy and Weymouth. In Quincy he was a beloved football and little league coach and was a softball coach in Weymouth for two years. His favorite hobbies were working on his cars or going on outings with his family. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 17, 2018, at Bolea-Buonfiglio Funeral Home, 116 Franklin Street, Quincy, from 4-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Saint John's Church, 44 School Street, Quincy, on Tuesday, September 18, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial will be private at a later date. In his memory, the family is accepting flowers or donations to the American Kidney Foundation.
