Royston E. Roy Farnum, of Weymouth, passed away unexpectedly Dec. 13, 2012. Roy was a loving son, husband, dad, and friend. His whole life was centered around his wife Alicia and his cherished daughters Madison and Sadie. Roy was an avid Red Sox and Patriot fan. He was a warm hearted and generous and hardworking guy who would help anyone who needed help. He will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving him. Roy was the devoted son of Richard E. and Margaret (Hannifin) Farnum of Weymouth. Loving husband of Alicia C. (Faulkner) Farnum of Weymouth. Loving Dada of Madison C and Sadie M. Farnum. Nephew to his namesake Royston E. and Valerie Farnum. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4 - 8 p.m. in the McDonald Funeral Home, North Weymouth, at 40 Sea Street (off Rte.3A-Bicknell Sq.). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Weymouth at 9:30 a.m. Burial in Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth.
