Ruth was truly "one of a kind" with an infectious giggle, quick wit and quirky sense of humor. She wasnt afraid of speaking her mind and had an opinion on just about everything. Also, she loved going to out to eat at the local hotspots and could frequently be seen shopping at South Shore Plaza and Derby Street. Ruth loved spending time with her many friends and family and enjoyed her frequent trips to Foxwoods. A lifelong Red Sox fan, every room in her home had a warm Sox blanket ready to use. She loved a good practical joke and there was no better gift than a bunch of scratch tickets. Over the years, she acquired many collectible figurines that she proudly displayed in her home. Ruth was a lifelong dog lover and considered all her pets as part of her family.
