Thomas J. Condon, age 61, of Dorchester, formerly of Milton, died unexpectedly, Saturday, January 12, 2013 at home. He was born in Boston, raised and educated in Milton schools and was a graduate of Milton High School, Class of 1969 and later earned an Associate Degree from Fitchburg State College. He has lived in Dorchester for over thirty years, previously living in Milton. Tom was an information systems technology manager. He began his career at the Digital Equipment Corporation and went on to work at The Boston Globe for twenty years. He liked to keep up with current events, was an avid movie fan and loved to read. Tom was devoted to his wife and children. He was also proud and devoted to the family dog, Burberry, who accompanied him daily to the beach. Beloved husband for thirty-four years of DeborahAnn Moleca. Devoted father of Audrey Condon, Natalie Condon and Alexander T. Condon all of Dorchester. Cherished son of Mary D. (Barry) Condon of Osterville and the late Thomas F. Condon.Dear brother of Philip G. Condon and his wife Peg of Wellesley, Joanne Cross and her husband Gary of Osterville, Robert G. Condon and his wife Laura of Norton, William J. Condon and his wife Lisa of Melrose, Marianne Whelan and her husband Kenneth of Cheshire, CT, Anthony J. Condon and his wife Waike of Burlington. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
