Mildred Millie F. (ONeill) Hogan, a longtime Quincy resident died Friday, Feb. 14, 2014. The beloved wife of the late Edward J. Hogan Jr. who also passed away on Valentines Day 16 years earlier. Devoted mother of Ned Hogan and his wife Donna of Ipswich, Helen Corriero and her husband Richard of Malden, Michael Hogan of Fort Pierce, Fla., Chuck Hogan of Cambridge and Theresa Teri Hooper and her husband Kevin of Cary, N.C.. Dear Sister of H. Joseph ONeil and his wife Lil of Quincy and Betty Buckley of South Boston. Millie is the cherished grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends at the Fenno House. Millie enjoyed bingo, bowling, playing cards and slot machines. She was always ready for the challenge of a crossword puzzle or jigsaw puzzle, but the cornerstone of her life was her faith and her family. She was devoted to all of them and in return they cherished her, they are grateful for all the blessings she brought into their lives. Millie will be sadly missed by all those who were blessed to have known her.
