James B. Foster, of Milton, passed away on Monday, March 24, 2014, his loving family by his side. Born in Freedom, N.Y. 83 years ago, he has resided in Milton since 1963. Jim was the founder and owner of the Custom Construction Co since 1962 and a retired Building Inspector for the Town of Milton. He was the past president of the Milton Kiwanis and the Milton Mens Bowling League. He was former member of the Weymouth Tennis Club, Southeastern MA Building Inspector Assn. and he was a coach of Milton Little League. Jim was a Korean War veteran. He was the beloved husband of Michele F. Mickey (Messina). Devoted father of James T. of Marshfield, Vincent P. of Pembroke, William J. of Abington, Robert A. of Va. and Paul B. Foster of N.H. Loving grandfather of James A, Lauren M., Christopher J., Danielle M., Ryan W., Allan V. and Matthew A. Foster. Brother of Thomas Foster of N.Y. and the late Joan Frank. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Agatha Church, Milton, Saturday morning at 10. Visiting hours at the Alfred D.
