Grace Coombs Obituary
Grace (Dzengeleski) Coombs, age 91, of Carver, formerly of Manomet, died peacefully Wednesday, May 21, at the BID-Plymouth Hospital. Born in Dorchester, Dec. 4, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Margaret Marino, and was one of 17 children. She was the devoted wife of the late Stephen Dzengeleski Sr. and Melvin Coombs; loving mother of Jeanne Moran of S.Weymouth, Dianne Mason of Plymouth, Stephen Dzengeleski Jr. of Plymouth, Ronald Dzengeleski of Carver, Joseph Dzengeleski of Hampton, N.H., and Richard Dzengeleski of Plymouth. Grace is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held at the Cartmell Funeral Home, 150 Court St., Plymouth, Saturday, June 14, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., followed by a service in the funeral home. Burial in St. Josephs Cemetery will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Graces memory to the BID-Plymouth Cancer Center, 275 Sandwich St., Plymouth, MA 02360.
