Muriel E. (Palmer) Watson of Randolph formerly of Milton passed away June 18, 2014 at the age of 88. Wife of the late Andrew Andy Watson. Loving mother of John Watson of FL, Wayne Watson of Randolph, and the late Robert Watson. Dear sister of the late Irma Haley and Norman Palmer. Devoted Grandmother "Gram" of Paul Watson and his loving companion Heather; Brandon Watson and his wife Paige and Great Grandmother to their son Hunter; and Justin Watson (all of Randolph), and many other loving family members, nieces and nephews. Muriel was born in Milton where she grew up and graduated from Milton High School. For the past 60 years she has lived in Randolph. She was one of the first Crossing Guards and Police Matron for the Town of Randolph Police Dept.. She was also a long time active member of First Baptist Church, Randolph where she served many of the various church committees and also a very active supporter of the First Baptist Church cafe/food pantry. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to a celebration of her life at her memorial service at the First Baptist Church of Randolph on Saturday July 19, 2014 at 1 pm. Committal service will be private. Should friends desire memorial contributions may be made in her name to either Hospice of the South Shore or to Old Colony Hospice.
