Obituary Condolences

Lois E. (Wall) Cotter, 79, of Plymouth, died June 5, at Jordan Hospital. Beloved wife of James Jim Cotter of Plymouth, she was the mother of Ann Peck and her husband Jeffrey of Plymouth; stepmother of Jeffrey Cotter and his wife Heidi of Plymouth and the late Todd Cotter. She also leaves a brother, Robert Wall of Florida; seven grandchildren, Heidi, Colby, Cabot, Meaghan, Sarah, Sean, Tina; and one great-granddaughter, Madison. Lois was born in Plymouth, the daughter of Louis and Inez Wall. Lois graduated from Brockton High School and was a self-employed dental technician in Plymouth. Lois was the past president of the Plymouth Garden Club, a founding member of the Plymouth Evening Garden Club, a member of the Pilgrim Society, Antiquarian Society, and a longtime volunteer at Jordan Hospital Gift Shop. A funeral service will be held at the Christ Church Parish, 149 Court St., Plymouth, Thursday, June 9, at 10 a.m., leaving from the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 373 Court St. (Rte. 3A), North Plymouth, at 9 a.m. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, June 8, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Vine Hills Cemetery, Plymouth. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Jordan Hospital Cancer Center, 275 Sandwich St., Plymouth, MA 02360, or to a charity of your choice.
