James Joseph Cole, age 46, died unexpectedly on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston as a result of an accident. He was the devoted husband of Monique Michelle (Reilly) Cole and loving father to his daughter Kendall Reilly Cole of Carver who was a dream come true. Born in Brockton, MA on May 13, 1967, Jim was a professional and nationally accomplished body builder. He was the former proprietor of Body Control Nutrition and Cole Construction Company. His outstanding dedication to his family, both immediate and extended, as well as friends, will never be forgotten. He was a caring gentle giant who would give of himself freely to anyone in need. He was the son of Alice Riley of Rockland, Richard Cole and his wife Carol of Whitman, Richard Prout and his partner Marilyn St. Johns of Sarasota, Fla., and in-laws Lee and Robert Baker of Plympton and Steven Reilly and Susan Schneider of Plymouth. He was the beloved brother of Kathleen LeGrow of Plymouth, Tiffany Prout-Leitao of Plymouth, Christine Loney of E. Bridgewater, Susan Cole of Whitman and Kelli Sheehan of E. Bridgewater. He was predeceased by his sister Alice M. Cole of Randolph. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles and KiKi. Visiting hours will be held at the Cartmell Funeral Home,150 Court St., Plymouth on Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. The funeral will take place on Wednesday at 9:15 from the Cartmell Funeral Home, 150 Court St., Plymouth followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St, Marys Church, N. Plymouth at 10 A.M. Cremation will take place at Vine Hills Crematory, Plymouth.
