WOODRUFF, SC-- Funeral services for James Robert King Sr., 77, of 43 Eli Cox Road will be held today, Monday, January 6, 2014 at 3:15 PM at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel by Rev. Jerry Taylor and Rev. Carrol Caldwell. Interment will follow in Greenhaven Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 PM prior to the service.

I don't know if the family remembers me or not.Y'all called me "Dwayne" or "Wayne " back years ago. We played softball a lot in Mr. King's yard . Some of the most fun I ever had. (Debra may remember me from the sixth grade when we almost got in trouble in Mrs Simpkins class for passing a sandwich under the table." Anyway, my prayers are with the family today. God Bless
