CAMPOBELLO, SC-- Janace Carson, 62, of 970 Melvin Hill Road, Campobello, died November 14, 2012, at Alpha Rehab Center, Greer, SC, after a long illness.
A native of Spartanburg County, she was the widow of Harold Carson and daughter of the late Ransom and Edna McAbee. Ms. Carson was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church and was employed be Ingles for over 18 years.
Survivors include one daughter, Shawna Nodine of Landrum; one son, Dewayne Brannon of Spartanburg; two brothers, Robert McAbee of Campobello, SC, and Rodney McAbee of Boiling Springs, SC; and one grandchild.
Graveside services will be held Friday, November 16, 2012, at 10:00 A.M. at Good Shepherd Memorial Gardens by Rev. Bill Geddes.
The family will receive friends tonight from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Callaham-Hicks Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dependent Baptist Church, 791 Windmill Hill Road, Inman, SC.
The family is at the home of her son, 234 Greencreek Road, Spartanburg.
