William Bomar Obituary
SPARTANBURG, SC-- Mr. William Edward Porter Bomar of 395 Seminole Drive, entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 18, 2011. He was the widower of Mrs. Patricia Whiteside Bomar. Mr. Bomar was the son of the late Mr. Porter Bomar and Mrs. Marie Anderson Bomar.
Survivors include one son, Ron (Debra) Bomar; one daughter, Kim Bomar; four brothers, Porter I. Bomar, Jr., Frank Bomar, Jackie Bomar and Lester Bomar; two sisters, Mailee Carson and Carolyn (Willie) Gist; a special friend, Brenda Wilkins; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, July 23, 2011, at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul Baptist Church. Pastor Walter Belton will officiate. Burial will be in the Heritage Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at 395 Seminole Drive, and the home of his son, Mr. Ron Bomar, at 619 Adelaide Street, Spartanburg, SC.
