Lollis, Jr.

WELLFORD, SC-- Wayman Harold "Bucky" Lollis, Jr., 68, of 153 Spartanburg Road, died May 14, 2012 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.
A native of Greenville County, son of the late Wayman H. Lollis, Sr. and Evelyn Boyce Lollis, he was a retired insurance salesman with Pyramid Insurance Company and other insurance companies for over 30 years. Mr. Lollis was a U.S. National Guard veteran and a member of Wellford Baptist Church. He was a 1962 graduate of Wade Hampton High School.
Surviving are his wife Kathy Phillips Lollis of the home; two daughters, Jacqueline Lee Lollis Gooding and husband Bill of Matthews, N.C. and Julia Lynn Stewart of Greer; a brother Randall E. Lollis of Honea Path; a sister Jo Anna Strom of Columbia; three grandchildren, Michael Gooding, Ashley Austin Gooding and Lindsey Harris.
Mr. Lollis was predeceased by a daughter Anna Marie Lollis Belue, and a son, Wayman Harold (Trés) Lollis, III and two sisters, Patricia White and Rita M. Lollis.
Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 pm Thursday at Wood Mortuary.
Funeral services will be held 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Wood Mortuary conducted by Rev. Billy Jolly. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
The family is at the residence.
