Sudie Biggerstaff
GAFFNEY, SC-- Sudie Patrick Biggerstaff, 89, formerly of 705 8th Street, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 1, 2012, at Magnolias of Gaffney.
Born in Gaffney, she was the widow of Lester Biggerstaff and the daughter of the late Lee Patrick and Minnie Blanton Patrick. She was retired from Limestone Mills and Timken. Mrs. Biggerstaff was a faithful member of Temple Baptist Church.
Surviving is a sister, Helen Wirtz and husband, Jack of Hendersonville; a brother, Gene Patrick and wife, Margaret of Gaffney; two stepdaughters, Rhonda Dillingham and husband, Bobby of Gaffney and Janice Stewart of Sumter; four stepgrandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Biggerstaff was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 PM on Monday, June 4, 2012, at Blakely Funeral Home. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2:00 PM in the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Paul Noe and Rev. Tracy Ivestor officiating. Interment will be in Frederick Memorial Gardens.
