Kristy Lynn Laws
SPARTANBURG, SC-- Kristy Lynn Lewis Laws, 32, of 1 McDowell Road, Spartanburg, passed away Tuesday, June 5th, 2012, from injuries received in an automobile accident.
Kristy was born in Asheville, NC on September 11, 1979, a daughter of Hollie S. Phillips Cody, of Inman and Donald B. Lewis, of Candler, NC. She was the wife of Obie Laws of Spartanburg.
She was employed at Gower Corporation of Greenville and was a member of Lifesong Church in Lyman. Other family members include her two sons, Jacob and Logan Laws of Spartanburg; a brother, Kevin Lewis of Cleveland, SC; sisters, Cindy Daugherty of Virginia and Amanda Gass of Lyman; stepbrother, Cody Callahan of Candler, NC; and stepsisters, Lena Cody and Jennifer Cody both of NC.
The family is at the home of her mother, at 60 Church Avenue, Inman and will receive friends Saturday, June 9, 2012, from 10:00 until 11 :00 am at Lifesong Church.
Funeral services will be held at Lifesong Church at 11:00am on Saturday, June 9th, with Pastor Tim Lyda and Mr. Jason Edwards officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lifesong Celebrate Recovery Fund, 12481 Greenville Highway, Lyman, SC 29365.
