Lattie W. Ammons Jr.
WOODRUFF, SC-- Lattie Wells Ammons Jr., 90, of 1611 Stewart Road, died Saturday, June 09, 2012, at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System.
A native of Spartanburg County, he was the son of the late Lattie Wells Ammons and Amy Davis Ammons and the widower of Helena P. Ammons. He was a retired textile employee with Victor Mill in Greer and was a U.S. Navy Veteran.
Surviving are three daughters, Amy Mullis of Moore, Lory Tarver of Startex and Kerry Ammons of Woodruff; one son, Joseph Ammons of Greer; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Private family graveside services will be conducted Friday, June 15, 2012, at Greenhaven Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Regional Hospice, 120 Heywood Avenue, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
