Angela Annette Vernon
INMAN, SC-- Early Saturday morning, June 9, 2012, our beloved sister and daughter's number was called.
Angela Annette Vernon (Angie) was born in Polk County, NC, on September 10, 1967, to Clarence D. and Corine Staley Vernon. She was a 1986 graduate of Chesnee High School in Chesnee, SC, and a former employee of R.L. Jordon Oil & Co. Angie was the youngest of 11 brothers and sisters, four of which preceded her in death.
Fond memories of Angie will always be in the hears of her family she leaves behind: her parents, Mr. Clarence D. Vernon and Mrs. Corine Staley Vernon of Campobello, SC; two brothers, Mr. Clarence E. Vernon of Campobello, SC, and Mr. Larry Vernon of Chesnee, SC; four sisters, Mrs. Azalee Vernon Whiteside (Boot) of Campobello, SC, Ms. Valerie Jean Vernon of Gaffney, SC, Ms. Rosie Lee Vernon of Inman, SC, and Mrs. Arlene Vernon Fernanders of Fingerville, SC; a special friend of many years, Mr. J.L. Davis of Landrum, SC; six uncles; six aunts; one great-uncle; great-aunts; eight nephews; 12 nieces; 11 great-nephews; 12 great-nieces; and a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be Saturday, June 16, 2012, at the New Bedford Baptist Church, Campobello, SC, at 3:00 pm.
