Lewis Gilliam
GREENVILLE, SC-- Lewis Gilliam, 76, of 4 Sitka Ave., passed away on Friday, June 22, 2012, at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Spartanburg County, he was the son of the late Ross and Willie Mae Norman Gilliam. He was employed as a heating and air conditioning specialist.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Gilliam of the home; six daughters, Pamela Sherman of Greenville, Patricia Dogan of Atlanta, GA, Paula Rolle of Taylors, Phtessia Gilliam of Atlanta, GA, and Janie Carol Browning of Woodruff; two sons, Paxton Gilliam of Maryland and Pliska Gilliam of Virginia; four sisters, Myrtle Watson, Mattie Miller, Patricia Booker and Margaret Gilliam; six brothers, Henry, Harold, Benny, Johnny, James Gilliam and J W Walton.
Funeral service will be Tuesday at 2:00 pm at Lower Shady Grove Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
