WOODRUFF, SC-- Nellie Ruth Moore Edwards, widow of J. W. Edwards, daughter of the late Uylass and Elizabeth Moore, passed Tuesday, June 26, 2012.
Member of Old Pilgrim Baptist Church.
Surviving is daughter, Janice (Keith) Edwards Talley, Duncan, SC; sons, Jimmie Edwards, Joe Edwards, Dennis Edwards, Eugene Edwards, Larry Edwards all of Duncan, SC, and Steve (Mary) Edwards of Siloam Springs, AR; sister, Floree Wright Woodruff, SC; brothers, Jimmy Sullivan, Duncan, SC, Ulyses Moore, Simpsonville, SC, and Melvin Morris, Travelers Rest, SC; grandson, Tura Miller, reared in the home; niece, Betty Johnson, reared in the home; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Saturday, June 30, 2012, 1:00 pm at Old Pilgrim Baptist Church with visitation from 12:00 noon until hour of service. Burial in Lower Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
