Carol Ellis
GREER, SC-- Carol Sue Deese Ellis, 51, of 307 Aimee Len Drive, died July 8, 2012 at St. Francis Hospital.
A native of Lancaster, daughter of the late Pete and Gurtie Bigham Deese, she was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are her daughter, Amanda Smoak of Greer; two brothers, Tommy Deese of Lancaster and Michael Deese (Sue) of Great Falls; her boyfriend, Tony Hooper of the home; step-children, Staci Darnell of Taylors and Kimberly Smith of Greer; and an adopted grandchild, Bryson Bishop.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Dr. Huey Mills. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held 1:00-1:45 p.m. Thursday at The Wood Mortuary.
The families are at their respective homes.
