Randolph Noe "Randy" Richter, III
SPARTANBURG, SC-- Randolph Noe Richter, III, age 51, died Saturday, August 11, 2012.
Born in Charleston, SC, Randy was the son of the late Barbara Solt Richter and Randolph Noe and Mary W. Richter, Jr.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by four sisters, Toni K. Vess of Monks Corner, Sherri M. Delgado of Goose Creek, Terri Bryant of Easley, and Denise Batdorf of Keller, TX; twelve nieces and nephews; and ten great-nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 25, 2012, at Cedar Spring Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cedar Springs Baptist Church; 140 Cedar Spring Place, Spartanburg, SC 29302.
