Clarence Howard Glover, Jr.
CUMMING, GA-- Clarence Howard Glover, Jr., died Friday, September 28, 2012 after battling cancer from January until September.
He is survived by his wife, Dianne; son, Howie Glover of Marietta, GA; stepson, Trey Bishop of Hilton Head, SC; mother, Vivian B. Glover of Spartanburg, SC; sister, Ann G. Broom of Spartanburg, GA; sister, Mary Lynn G. Clark of Macon, GA; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Jeff Glover.
Clarence graduated from Duke University and the School of Law at the University of South Carolina. He practiced his profession in the Atlanta, GA, area. He was retired captain of the United States Naval Reserve. He was a past member of the North Fulton Bar Association and the Kiwanis Club.
Family visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 6, at the McDonald and Son Funeral Home (770) 886-9899, 150 Sawnee Dr., Cumming, GA, followed by a memorial service at 1:30 p.m. Clarence has been cremated.
