Thelma Porter
INMAN, SC-- Mrs. Thelma Annette Porter, 65, of 590 Lake Road, passed away Monday, October 08, 2012, at her home. She was the wife of Calvin Porter of the home.
Mrs. Porter was a native of Spartanburg County and a daughter of the late George and Ollie Howard Atkins. She was a homemaker and a member of Faith Mission Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons, Calvin A., Michael K. and Lewis W. Porter; daughter, Joanie D. Mace; sister, Annelle Gillion; grandchildren, Billy Mace Jr., Chyanna Mace, and Krystal Paige Porter; and one great-grandchild, Psylar Smitt.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 9, 2012, at Eggers Funeral Home of Boiling Springs.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 10, 2012, at Eggers Funeral Chapel officiated by Dr. Phil Sybrant and Rev. Todd Johnson. Interment will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park.
The family will be at the residence.
