BOILING SPRINGS, SC-- Juanita Spencer Robbins, 80, of Boiling Springs went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 30, 2014 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. She was the wife of Samuel Robbins of the home.
Mrs. Robbins was a native of Spartanburg County and a daughter of the late John Wofford and Bessie Mae Merrill Spencer. She was a registered nurse having retired from school District 2 after 29 years of service, a member of Spartanburg First Baptist Church where she was a member of the WMU, the Young at Heart group, and the Gowdy/Mann Sunday school class. She also belonged to the African Violet Club.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law: Mark Alan and Sharon Robbins of Chesnee; daughters and sons-in-law: Kathryn and Joey Lemmons of Gaffney; Jill and Dean Weathers of Spartanburg; seven grandchildren: Nathan Robbins, Holly Robbins, Lydia Lemmons, Trey Lemmons, Leland Lemmons, Meredith Weathers, and Lyndsay Weathers.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Spartanburg First Baptist Church parlor from 1:30 to 3:00 PM. Funeral services will follow in the Chapel at 3:00 P.M. officiated by Rev. Sal Barone and. Rev. Bill Adams. Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.

The family will be at the home of Mark Robbins, 1995 Riveroak Road, Chesnee.
