Ms. Sylvia Ann Tate
Ms. Sylvia Ann Tate , 62, of 743 Baltimore Street entered entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 28, 2014 after a short illness.
A native of Spartanburg, SC, Ms. Sylvia Ann Tate was the daughter of the late George Epps, Sr. and the late Ellen Virginia Jones Epps. She was a member of the United House of Prayer. She was a former employer of Spartanburg County School District Seven as a Custodian Worker.
Left to cherish fond memories are one daughter: Lee Williams Spartanburg, SC; one son, Tracey Linard Epps, Buner, NC; Three sisters, Doris Dillard, Newport News, VA, Betty Fields and Deloris Crosby both from Spartanburg, SC: Four brothers, George Epps, Jr., Robert Cole, Tony William, and Frankie Ford all of Spartanburg, SC: Eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. The family is at 743 Baltimore Street, Spartanburg.
