WOODRUFF, SC-- Linda Marion Bevill Waldrop, 66, formerly of 135 Griffin Road, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2011, at White Oak Manor.
A native of Spartanburg County, she was the daughter of the late Walter Irvin and Eva Mae Luker Bevill. She was a retired employee of Plastic Injectors in Spartanburg and a member of the Freewill Baptist Church.
Surviving are one sister, Pat Griffin of Woodruff; three brothers, Rev. William 'Billy" Bevill of Belton, Lawrence Edward Bevill of Cove City, NC, and Bobby Gordon Bevill of Nashville, GA; one step-sister, JoAnn Cash of Spartanburg; two step-brothers, Rev. Kenneth Cash of Spartanburg and Larry Cash of Spartanburg; and stepmother, Clara Bevill of Spartanburg. She was pre-deceased by a sister, Frances Bevill Jackson; and three brothers, Harold Bevill, Darryl Bevill and Joe Bevill.
Memorial services will be conducted Monday, April 18, 2011, at 4:00 P.M. at the Lanford Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Kenneth Cash and Rev. Buster Ball.
Visitation will be held from 2:00-3:45 P.M. prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Una First Freewill Baptist Church, 2130 Caldwell Road, Spartanburg, SC 29301.
The family is at the home of her sister, Pat Griffin, 135 Griffin Road, Woodruff.
