Ralph (Rafe) H. Baer III
HOLLY SPRINGS, MS-- Ralph (Rafe) H. Baer III, 74, of Holly Springs, MS, formerly of Charlotte, NC, passed away Monday, May 20, 2013. Born August 24, 1938, in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late Ralph (Rafe) H. Baer Jr. and Louise West Baer.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Elizabeth (Betty) Howe Baer; children, Lisa Lingo (Jonathan), Pam Small (Joe), and Ralph (Bubba) H. Baer IV (Karen); seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister Cara (Tata) Baer Murphy (Larry), nieces, and multiple cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his infant son, Theodore (Teddy) Howe Baer.
He attended Central Institute for the Deaf in St. Louis, MO, and graduated from South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind in Spartanburg, SC.
A memorial service will be held in Charlotte at a later date.

Bubba, Karen, Austin and Family... We were all so sorry to hear about Ralph. Please know that each of you have been in our thoughts and prayers over this last week.
