GENTRYVILLE - Beverly Beasley, 78, of Gentryville passed away Sunday, April 21, 2013, at her home.
Beverly was born in Centerville Oct. 18, 1934, to the late Bryan and Opal (Nix) Abshire.
She retired from Prescotech Industries Inc. in Evansville after many years of service. She was a member of the Boonville Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary 3418.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, June Fleischmann and Delores Jean Thompson and her brother, Roy Abshire.
Beverly is survived by her sister, Kay Bender and her husband, Anthony of Gentryville;Â her aunts, Rae Carpenter and Marjorie Carpenter and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
The family would like to thank Aseracare Hospice Center for their loving care and support.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 25, (today) at Hackleman Cemetery in Chrisney. Pastor Scott Dugas will officiate.
Boultinghouse Funeral Home of Rockport is entrusted with care.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hackleman Cemetery.
