Bettye Weber, 78, passed away on Oct. 29, 2018, at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville.
Bettye was born on Feb. 2, 1940, in Spencer County to the late Jesse and Mary Elizabeth (Rudisill) Grose.
Bettye was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church in Owensboro, Ky. She sold Home Interiors for many years and she loved to decorate.
Bettye was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry, in January 2018; great grandchild, Jaylin Midkiff.
Bettye is survived her son, Anthony "Tony" Weber and his wife, Edie, of Rockport; her daughters, Lisa Jeanette Curtis and husband, William T., of Sevierville, Tenn., Jerilyn Renee Buchanan of Evansville, Lana Stinson and husband, Bill of Mt. Washington, Ky.; her grandchildren Faith Utley, Heather Basham, Ehrin Midkiff, Brittney Midkiff, Dena, Nikki, Christopher Buchanan, Amanda Ashby, Rachel Weber, Chelsea Hall, Owen Stinson, Andrew Stinson, Zach Stinson, and Abbey Stinson; 16 great grandchildren; and her siblings Patsy Herron, Lucille Brock, Jimmy Grose, and Kenny Grose.
Services are at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport with Pastor Tim Hall officiating. Burial will be in Midway Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 until 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, at the funeral home.
