NEWBURGH - Peggy A. Horn, 59, passed away Sunday, Oct. 6, 2013, in Indianapolis after a long illness.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike; her father, Carl Johnson; a beloved niece, Crystal; a great-niece, Jasmine; her brothers, David Johnson and Jimmy Johnson and a sister, Susie Johnson.
Peggy is survived by her daughter, Sheri Horn; her companion of 25 years, Louie Burch; her mother, Carrie Johnson; the joy of her life, her granddaughter, Tabytha; four brothers, Harold (Brenda) Johnson, Charlie (Anna) Johnson, Larry Johnson and John Johnson; a sister, Eileen Johnson-Meredith and many beloved nieces, nephews and friends.
Peggy retired from the U.S. Post Office after 22 years to spend time with Taby and Ivy, who she adored.
She loved gardening and family and will be deeply missed.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, (today) at Bradley's Colonial Chapel in Boonville.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. until service time today.
Burial will be in Hatfield Cemetery in Hatfield.
