Mr. Clarence Nolan Cunningham, age 81, of Mt. Eden, passed away July 22, 2014 at Baptist Healthcare of Louisville. Born the son of the late Ruel and Louise Fisher Cunningham in Mockport, Indiana, Mr. Cunningham was an Army Veteran. He retired from General Electric after 33 years of service and was also employeed by Bennett Hardware Store of Taylorsville, and was a faithful member of the Taylorsville First Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Phyllis Anderson Cunningham of Taylorsville; his two sons Gary Cunningham and his wife Teresa of Locksburg, Arkansas and Barry Cunningham of Benson, Louisana; One brother Roland (Short) Cunningham and his wife Carmen of Louisville. Three grandchildren and one great-grandchild, and four nieces also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son Larry Cunningham and one sister Rowena Miller.
Visitation for Mr. Clarence Nolan Cunningham was July 23 and 24, 2014 at the Greenwell-Houghlin Funeral Home of Taylorsville with Brother Gary Mills officiating. Interment was in Highland Memory Gardens in Mount Washington.
