Ona Lucille Whitehouse Clark, 92, of Shelbyville, died Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at the Crestview Care and Rehabilitation Center in Shelbyville.
A native of Shelby County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Everett Stanley and Maggie Robinson Whitehouse and the widow of Curtis Burnam Clark.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Lou Clark, and two brothers, Carl Whitehouse Sr., and E. S. Whitehouse.
Survivors include her sons, James Curtis Clark and his wife, Shirley, of Frankfort, Donald Ray Clark of Hawthorne, Calif., and John Sherman Clark of Shelbyville; and her daughter, Dr. Annette Clark Swann of Waterloo, Iowa.
Services: Saturday, June 29, at the Hall-Taylor Funeral Home of Shelbyville with the Rev. Bill George and the Rev. Jesse Baxter officiating.
Interment: Grove Hill Cemetery.
