LORD, Jerald O. "Jerry" Jerald O. "Jerry" Lord, 81, passed away Wednesday April 10, 2013 at Spokane Veterans Home in Spokane, Washington. Jerry was born to Albert and Bertha Lord in Pasco, WA, the youngest of three children. From an early age, Jerry was an avid hunter and fisherman. After attending Mead High School, he served in the Air Force for four years from 1950-1954. His working years were spent in Spokane as a Service Manager in the Heating and Cooling Industry. He also taught night classes for Spokane Community College and the HVAC. He was a devoted husband, father and a friend to many. Jerry is survived by his wife, Val of 58 years; daughter, Joy Lord Johnson and son-in-law Darryl Johnson of Puyallup; son Jerry Lord and daughter-in-law Darci Lord of Spokane; grandchildren, Anne Clark, Christie Pedersen, Jared Lord, and Olivia Lord. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday April 21, 2013 in Spokane at the Quality Inn, 110 E. 4th Avenue beginning at noon.
