To an old friend and neighbor, the world is now shy of one great Jazz Pianist! It was fun growing up with you and your family, always so much laughter and singing...I play your CD on a regular basis, it reminds me of home. What we have lost, Heaven has gained, and God has warned all the great Jazz artists that have preceeded you, "Step aside fellas, Arnie's in the House!"
To Charlotte,Denise, Doug, Lori, Bill & Don, Thinking of you and loving each of you, now and always....

We've always loved his music! Back in Nov 1986 he was playing somewhere, and I approached him asking if he had any recordings I could buy. He offered to make me a casette tape (well before days of CDs), which I have and cherish.
It includes the pre-1974 days as well as the amazing playing he did after his stroke. Sometime I'll put it on my computer so I can burn a CD. If any of his family would like one, please contact me at [email protected].

Our sympathies to the family. Arnie was indeed a "great". And so thoughtful to follow through on my request!
